Netflix Challenge Day 16 - Crowsnest

When five friends disappear during a road trip, police discover videos that graphically detail their bizarre and horrific experiences.

One summer a group of 5 friends go on a trip to celebrate a birthday but get lost in the back roads and end up having a bit of trouble with someone behind the wheel of a big campervan. The film reveals footage filmed by the friends that shows the brutality of the locals who are not pleased with the outsiders coming into their land.

As you can tell this is one of the many "found footage" films that has been coming out over the last few years and sadly it fails to bring anything new. It feel like a drag to watch as it takes about 30 mins for anything to start happening and when it does it's just a dire excuse for a car chase. 45 mins in and it starts to pick up but it still feels like a drag to watch.

The acting mainly consists of the women screaming and the men shouting/whispering telling them to shut up. The special effects are just as good as the other words they are totally rubbish. I only watched this to the end as it's part of my challenge otherwise I would of turned it off after 30 mins.

This is where I would recommend this for fans of certain films but I wont. It's just that bad.
